How I Failed an SHL Test

Once, I applied for a project manager position at a large engineering company. I was over 40 and had solid experience. I successfully passed the interview but unexpectedly failed the SHL assessment.
The recruiter kindly allowed me to retake the test in two weeks, which I passed successfully.
However, that was the end of my encounters with generous recruiters, so I began preparing for assessments on specialized websites.
